The monthly website maintenance plan is available to all end-user customers. Benefits include:

• One hour of consulting time, including actual build time for any enhancements or changes.
  
  
• Consulting time is bankable if not used, to a maximum of 3 months, that is, up to 3 hours of consulting time may be accumulated. Unused time is lost at the end of three-month period
  
  
• Highest priority for problem resolution and website changes.
  
  
• Access to a very easy-to-use website text editor. End-users can make text updates without the fear of ‘breaking’ something. All support calls regarding this tool are not applied against the 1 hour/month consulting time.
  
  
• Customers who do not have a maintenance plan do not have access to this editing tool.
  
  
• 20% discount on any extra work (does not apply to the initial purchase price of the website) required for the end-user’s website.
